We meet Live on Zoom, 2x per week:
🗓 Tuesdays & Thursdays
🕒 12:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM PST / 5:00 PM UK / 6:00 PM CET
Each session is approx. 90–120 minutes
Small group setting - only 6 to 8 participants for a warm, personal experience
Therapeutic fabric flower-making Zoom workshop for anxiety relief.
❓ What if I can’t attend both days each week?
→ No problem! Each flower is taught across two sessions (Tuesday & Thursday). If you miss one, you can still join the second — and the next week's flower will be a fresh start.
❓ Is this class beginner-friendly?
→ Absolutely. You don’t need any sewing or crafting experience — just curiosity and an open heart. Everything is guided step by step in a calm, welcoming environment.
❓ What if I feel shy or anxious in group settings?
→ That’s okay. Many participants feel the same way at first. This is a small, supportive group (6–8 people max), and cameras are optional. You’re free to participate in a way that feels safe and comforting for you.
